    I have had a new issue with my Xbox 1. I am unable to load any of my discs into my console, there is no warning at all when it started. Please help if you can.

    Brand new disc won't load

    Hi guys, something weird happened today.

    I purchased a brand new copy of Recore (not the definitive edition), only to find out that my console won't read it. I just can't get it to install at all. I tried installing other games that i own on disc, and it worked just fine. This issue is only happening
    with Recore.

    Can someone help? :/

    Disc won't load

    It's a problem with the disc drive where it doesn't always drop the disc into the tray and spin it. Hard rebooting fixes the problem, as does continuously insert/eject

    I just watched a video on youtube where when you insert the disc, leave your finger in the center hole, and let it get caught when the disc is being drawn in just for an instant. pull your finger out and the disc will load. I just ripped xbox customer service
    for wanting to charge me $135 M$&#$# f(^*%($ DOLLARS just because its out of warranty? I have only been with xbox since the early days, before live was even a thing, and you have an OBVIOUS recall situation that you expect me to pay you to resolve. you know
    what I do with firearm manufactures that pull that crap? I sell their products and buy their competitors. this happens far less since I rely on products that cant afford to fail when needed. I guess its just an impractical business model to identify faults
    with your products and make good with your customers.

    Darkpoison please try to keep the forums clean thanks, Amitired if you are experiencing a problem please make a new thread.

    MickSxx The support insists you on taking it in because it'll eventually lead to bigger issues even if you do manage to fix it yourself. It'll come back and maybe break the console and many users don't think of it as a big issue but it should be treated
    as a big issue since it's a Internal problem. Take my word for it it's recommended.

    The disc must be in. Basically a verification. Any disc based game won't finalize an update w/o the disc loaded.
