Disc wont eject

    Anyone else have this problem? Is there a way to manually eject the disc or am i just screwed?

    Problem with xbox one eject button

    i need help my xbox one eject button wont work...it will just turn ky xbox one off...the disc wont eject either...pliz help

    First off, I apologize for my Gamertag and picture, it was several, several years ago and I'm too lazy to fix them.

    Hello,

    Yesterday I was just minding my own business, playing Black Ops 2 and having fun and all that. I turn it off, go to bed, and do whatever until the next time I got on.

    Today i ejected my Bo2, and put in my Fifa. Once i put in the Fifa, it was making this weird noise. I tried to eject and it wouldn't. Now I know about the "grinding" noise and it's not that. The noise is almost like the disk trying to eject but it physically
    cannot. I turned off my Xbox, reset it, and everytime I turn it on now it makes that noise several times. When i hit the eject button, same noise. The game is in the console, but even my Xbox won't play it.

    Now I also try to manually eject, and I tried for literally like an hour, numerous times with numerous different tools like a paperclip, bobby pin, and even an Allen Key and either I'm missing something or it doesn't work either. I put it
    in the hole and push it but nothing works.

    Now I probably will have to send it in, but I just want confirmation. I'll also probably have to send it in with my Fifa still in the console, and that would ruin the disc so I'd have to get another one. If anybody knows how to fix this, or even if I do
    have to send it in, do you know how much would this cost me?

    There is a pinhole on the left side of the console that will eject your disc.

    Unplug the power cable on the back of the X1. Plug back in.... it will work. Report to MS support so it is documented.

    It'll be a shame to lose you as a player Edward but I understand where your coming from. Good luck to you with whichever path you follow.

    Hi H1TMAN HART,

    Sorry you're having issues getting a disc out of your Xbox. Please see the link below and try to manually eject it, if it's not popping out with the eject button. Let us know if this works for you.

    I would recommend calling phone support and explain the situation to them. I can't guarantee it but there is a small possibility that they may offer to replace your disc. It's not much but it's worth a shot.

    Hi thank you i managed to eject the disc but now my forza disc is completely destroyed very frustrated to be honest... console seems fine now iv tested a few blu rays and im having no trouble but now im €60 down on forza.

    argos wont take any responsibility for the game getting ruined im aware that launch console's can have their problems but im just frustrated now.
