    When I put my Xbox disc into my series x it reads the disc but nothing happens no error or no download started the disc is in near perfect condition

    Hello Brandon-Lee, what game are you trying to install?

    Have you tried any procedures on the console, such as clearing the cache, if you haven't tried it, try the procedure below and then try installing the game again.

    1. Go to xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on your console for 10 seconds until it turns off

    2. Wait 10 seconds for it to turn off

    3. Wait 1 minute with it off

    4. Turn it back on

    Nothing it says disc unreadable, and I followed some steps I seen on YouTube tried it and it said game error try reinstalling game I’ve deleted and downloaded it three times and it will not work twice it worked but when came off line it won’t load up and now it won’t load full stop
