    Disc Unreadable Error


    Any game I put in my xbox, the xbox wont read it, I have tried putting a cd that has little brushes on it, and the brushes clean the eye, I tried that but it still wont read any games. Please Help Me!!!

    Disc Unreadable Error

    Your optical drive has failed, you'll have to send the console in for servicing.

    As VisageOfAnAngel pointed out above, you'll need to send in your console for repairs. You can do that by contacting Xbox Support over the phone or their online service center, found at myservice.xbox.com Here's their contact page:
