Disc unreadable error after system and Minecraft updates

Hey guys, can somebody help me? I just system updated my XBOX 360 after a few months, then I went to update my Minecraft from TU9. It started up properly, and it asked me to update. It took a while (1006 MB) then my XBOX turned off. After that, no matter
what game I play, it'll say 'Disc unreadable', 'Unrecognized disc' or sometimes 'Open tray'. It says 'Disc unreadable' after the first picture of Minecraft and on startup for FIFA etc. I've updated GTA V before and that worked properly. Can anyone
pleasehelp me and tell me if its the system update or the Minecraft update? Thanks for actually reading this long post.

Disc Unreadable Error while joining servers in Battlefield 3

Update: After deleting my Xbox LIve profile and reloading, it is still giving me the disc unreadable error. I narrowed down the problem I think, though... The issue is definitely the Multiplayer Update 4. I attempted to run a campaign mission only to get
the unreadable disc error as the level was loading up. I went to my storage window and deleted the multiplayer update 4 from my HDD and then tried to load up another campaign mission. Worked perfectly... No Disc Unreadable error. There is definitely something
wrong with this update.

 

While connecting, it requests updates.

Try the solutions below if the Xbox 360 console software doesn’t update successfully, and you get one of the following error messages:

• Can't download the update. To test your connection, open System Settings and select Network Settings, Test Xbox LIVE Connection.
  
• Can't install the update. The disc is unreadable.
• Can't read the update from the disc. Please reinsert the disc to continue the update.

I just tried clearing the system cache on both my USB and on my XBOX but that did nothing and before this I also deleted the Minecraft update but nothing happened. I also got my laser lens cleaned a few days ago.
