    Hello Microsoft, I’m having some game issues on my xbox one, two of my disc games are not letting me play them, the fallout 4 disc is saying that I have to sign into the person who bought the game and I was signed into that account but also I shouldn’t have
    to do that because it’s a disc, and the other which is my Halo 5 disc is saying to renew my game pass and I already have a game pass and xbox live gold membership, if there’s anything you can do to fix it, please do and let me know, thank you so much! By the
    way! I always loved the xbox and I always will!

    Are there any markings or scratches on this disc? Can you try a friend's copy of the game, to see if the same issue occurs?

    On my halo reach disc, whenever I go into any game mode, at the end of the game it says the disc is unreadable even though when it brings me back to dashboard its fine and allows me to play and the cycle restarts. Anyone know why this is happening/how to
    fix it. I also installed it on my hardrive and that didnt help

    Are you having trouble with just one game on disc or are you having trouble with multiple discs. It sounds like it could either be a bad disc if it's just that game or if it's multiple it may be the laser reader itself. You may be able to find one of those
    laser disc cleaners to make sure there isn't any dust on the laser.

    Disc reading troubles

    Have you cleaned your games lately? because I share my games with my children I make it a point to clean them about once a week. Only use water and a soft cloth (no paper towels!) and don't wipe them in a circular pattern (wipe out from the center). One
    other question-any chance your discs are cracked? Even tiny cracks can make a disc unreadable.

    Most likely silentkill is right and your disc reader is busted. Good Luck.
