    Disc tray issues

Recently my power button on my white 360 has been blinking(Green).Which shows disc ejecting.BUT,this only happens when I start up a disc game. Now here's the problem, now it has began to return me to the dashboard and it says the disc was ejecting.Which isn't
true because when I pressed A to ACTUALLY EJECT,the disc tray does not open. When I press A again,THEN my 360 reads the disc and the light stops blinking. This is a one time thing that happens when I least expect it.

    :)

    Leaving Games In The Console

I usually just leave the disc in the tray until I get ready to play a different game or watch a movie. The way I see it, if you remove a disc from the disc tray every time you finish playing a game or watching a movie, it puts more wear and tear on the mechanisms that control the tray. If you can minimize the opening and closing, you can avoid wearing out your disc tray prematurely.

My Xbox 360 won't read some discs. Help?

I am having trouble with my xbox (My xbox is one of the older versions not the slim one) reading discs. It says "open tray" almost everytime I insert a disc. The weird thing is that It's not having any issues when I try to play Halo 3,Halo 4 and NBA 2k12 . But when I try to play some of my others games like NBA 2k13,Battlefield 3 (This one is brand new) ,GTA IV,MW2,Bioshock 2 my xbox won't read the disc or after opening and closisng the tray a lot of times it will read the games but then I get the "Disc is Unreadable." message after a few minutes. Does anyone else have experienced this issue?

Signs of future problems to come, if you have warranty on your Xbox 360 I recommend contacting Microsoft or go to the store where you bought your warranty for replacement.
