    Disc Stuck


    my disc is stuck in my Xbox one. When I eject it the Xbox just makes weird mechanical sounds( NOT the infamous grinding noise most people have). The manual ejection also doesn't work.

    HELP!!

    Handy tip for all 360 owners, all models of console

    Every stuck disc tray from every Xbox was fixed after I walked in the room lol

    To prevent the stuck disc tray, leave a disc in it.

    I won´t happen with a disc inside.

    Does anyone have a 360 from launch?

    I just traded mine into Gamestop a few weeks ago. The disc tray stuck occasionally, but other than that it worked fine!

    Hi

    You may need to try the manual eject option a couple of times until you can get the pin in the correct location to allow it to manually eject the disc.

    However from what you describe it is very likely that you will need to send your console for repair however please follow the link below for further information prior to sending the console for repair.

    how to manually eject a disc    . if you are still having issues then please reach out to the Xbox support team.
