Disc stuck inside

Hello again,

So after https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/xbox/forum/xba_console/issues-with-my-xbox-x-disk-drive/d52fe6af-a8d9-48b7-960d-990c504ce9da my console disc drive is done dying and made a repair request for it. Only, even following the tutorial to manually
eject the disc it's doesn't move any more (the metal wire only goes one inch (2 to 3 cm) in).

Please help me save Lara from the shadowy insides of the zombie Xbox.

Thanks for the update and I'm sorry to hear that.

The only thing I can suggest (and it's no guarantee) is to include a note taped to your Xbox explaining that

you were not able to remove the disc. Hopefully the repair center can send the disc back, but again it's no

guarantee that they will. I hope it all works out for you!

I'm sorry to hear about your disc being stuck in the console. You would definitely want to remove the disc from the console before sending it off for repair. If you send the console for repair with a disc stuck inside you will most likely no receive the
disc back.

Every stuck disc tray from every Xbox was fixed after I walked in the room lol

To prevent the stuck disc tray, leave a disc in it.

I won´t happen with a disc inside.
