Disc stuck in xBox one

    Disc stuck in xBox one


    Disc is stuck in console, have tried restarting and using the eject button and also the paper clip method which is recommended but disc will still not eject. Any suggestions??

    Handy tip for all 360 owners, all models of console

    Every stuck disc tray from every Xbox was fixed after I walked in the room lol

    To prevent the stuck disc tray, leave a disc in it.

    I won´t happen with a disc inside.

    L4D2 (Left 4 Dead 2) isn't working disk wise for Xbox One. I don't understand why though.

    Im also having this disc issue with L4D2 on my BRAND NEW Xbox one. Should have just stuck with 360.

    Sorry to hear you are running into these problems. With the Xbox One consoles you don't need to set anything up to insert a disc. Have you made sure that there is no game stuck in the console? Go ahead and follow the support article to

    Manually eject a disc from Xbox One     If you happen to find a disc stuck in the drive.

    Give this a try and let us know if this has helped.
