Disc Stuck in Xbox and they wont do anything about it

So my disc has been stuck in my xbox1 for over a year now and it grinds inside my xbox when i turn it on or try to take it out. The xbox doesn't register that the game is in there so I cant even play the game stuck in there. I called Microsoft and they explained
to me how they cant take it even in for repair to fix it because they dont fix the old Xbox1 any more. I am un able to use 300$ plus of video games because I got the physical copy. I asked if they could at least check my library and see the games i own to
hook me up with the games virtually. They said no and to buy the xbox all access pass (WHICH FOR THE NORMAL XBOX1 COST MORE MONEY ISNT THAT FUNNY). This is garbage. So you cant fix my xbox so you tell me to buy something else which you wont even re compostiate
for me and maybe buy my first year of Xbox Access.

Im not looking for hand outs. But i have been with Microsoft since 360 over a decade ago. You would think they would treat their loyal customers more fairly. I will be getting a PS5 in the future

Sorry to hear it. As they no longer repair the original Xbox One through Xbox your best bet would be to check your local gaming stores to see if they have a repair service

xbox wont do anything about this problem, they think there is no problem.

is there a disc stuck in the drive still, if that was removed that may clear the error, wont fix the drive though

Your laser might be out of alignment(stuck near the back of the disc drive), when you open your disc tray shove it closed really quickly and it will reset the laser, dont worry it wont reck anything, then try your disc, if this doesnt work then try to fix
it yourself by opening up the whole system(pretty easy if you watch a video and follow exact steps), or find someone who knows what they are doing. hope it helps sir/maam

Ive read about these bugs when dog gets stuck and doesnt move but in my case my gog is moving and doing everything like usually but even though I say him to seek on the right place he wont find anything.
