    Disc region code is incorrect for this console


    I bought xbox 360 from Italy now I live in egypt I have went to Italy recently for a visit and bought two games (diablo 3 ultimate evil edition) and (dragon ball xenoverse) but when I try to play them they didn't work they say this disc region code is incorrect
    for this console

    Disc region code is incorrect for this console

    Either your console is PAL and the Games are NTSC or its the other way around. There is no way around this you will need to buy discs that match the console region format

    The games you brought were in PAL format since Italy (and the rest of Europe, then Australia, New Zealand, some parts of Asia, and a few parts of South America) uses PAL as their encoding system of choice. Is your console NTSC or PAL?

    Was the 360 you purchased new or used? Was it imported? How about the games?

    Technically, if both the 360 and the games were new (and therefore of the same region), you wouldn't have this problem.

    you will have to buy a US based game disc there is NO way to make a disc from another region work on your system unless it is a region free disc and for future reference do not bump threads from 11 months ago thanks.
