Disc or digital from pre-order?

I want to preorder the Gold edition of Assassins Creed Origins but I can't find out if I will receive a digital version or a disc version. I would much prefer a disc version so if I do receive a digital version does anyone know any place that pre-orders
for discs.

Is it a game disc or digital game pre-ordered online?

If game disc, there should be a beta game code but for a limited time and also from the participating retailers only

Digital or Physical

It depends on where you're buy it from and what you choose.

If you pre-order from your console or here - Buy Anthem™ Standard Edition - Microsoft Store - it'll be digital. If you pre-order from other websites,
it'll note whether it's a digital code or if it's a disc.

Any preorders placed on the console will be digital. If you would like to preorder a disc version you'll need to keep an eye on your local game retailer or microsoftstore.com for offers.

do this... pre order a digital "version" from gamestop.... get the pre order bonuses... what Gamestop does instead of a disc is gives you codes for MS monies... that you use to purchase the games digitally.

If you pre-ordered digitally, you are automatically signed up and will not receive a code.

If you pre-ordered as a physical disc, you would need to contact the retailer you pre-ordered from for your code.

It's a weird thing to advertise pre orders then link to a disc pre order from the ms store. Sony has digital pre orders on lock. Already have second son purchased on my PSN acct.

There was no offer to receive credits for preordering Battlefield digitally in October. That offer ended in September. There was a pre-order offer running in October, but it was for pre-ordering physical discs from microsoftstore.com.

Dirty Loco

Pre orders on the Xbox dashboard are for the digital download version. No disc required. How it works is that if you pre order the game on the dashboard, it will pre download it, then allow you to play it from midnight the day
of release.
