    Disc not working


    My Gamepass Ultimate subscription was recently suspended because I didnt pay the recurring bill. I used it to play Forza Horizon 4 without my disk so I could install other disc games at the same time. I tried putting inmy FH4 disk today and it said that
    it wasn't compatible with Xbox One. Has this Happened to anyone else? is there a way to fix it?

    Please don't apologize that's totally fine. It's odd though that it's not working on your Xbox but it's working on a different one.

    Kindly try to reset your Xbox keeping your games and apps. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    Reset and keep my games & apps.

    Disc not working

    The game was able to download just fine from phone. The disc still isn't being registered by my xbox though. The disc drive will whir for a second before a beep sounds and it stops. If I tilt the system the whirring will go on for a second or two longer before the beep goes off. It's like my xbox doesn't even know there is a disc in the system.

    Kindly try to install the digital version of the game before inserting the disc on your Xbox One.

    1. Open or install Xbox App on your mobile device.

    2. Search the game.

    3. Click “Download to console”

    4. Once fully downloaded insert the disc.
