Disc not playing

Hi there I got fifa 15 for my xbox 360 slimline and I played it on a friends console first and it worked no problem. When I tried it on my console it said the disc was scratched or dirty to clean it.. Looked at disc disc which was fine but cleaned it
anyways..still wouldn't play or install.. Tried all my games on console and every game works fine except fifa.. Tried it again on a friends console and it works fine on his???

So I just bought black ops 2 and it wont play or let me completely install it. Someone help because I spent $60 on a piece of plastic, that does not work. Please tell me what I can do before I go up to GameStop and probably get kicked out for chewing their
a** out.

 

disc not playing from dashboard

hello all I am having a problem with my console. its a coupe years old and have had no problems up till this point. today I was trying to start up a disc from the dashboard. after selecting the play game tile it changes to a black screen I can hear the disc
drive stop spinning and the black screen stays, try to exit back to dashboard and the console freezes. I went into my setting and change it so the console starts game when the console is turned on, starts no problem but when I return to the dashboard and try
to start it that way I still get the black screen and then freezing. I am thankful for any help I can get thank you

 

Hi there! Have you tried the old "turn it off and back on" trick?

 

Turn your console off, and back on. If that doesn't work, delete all update data from FIFA 15 off your HDD, and clear the HDD cache, then reboot your console and try again.

 

Thanks guys but still no joy.. totally stumped
