    Disc not ejecting


    Can't believe the tech support offered on this! use a paper clip yep I've tried and the Alan key still no joy! Wtf this is a £400 quid item not a kids vtech toy!!

    Not ejecting disc

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test
    the results.

    If that doesn't work you will probably need to contact support and set it up for a repair. http://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

    Not ejecting disc

    my Xbox one will not eject disc. When I changed the disc by trying to eject the first one the console sacked it back in. I pressed eject again and it gave me the disc. Now I have the new disc in and the blue ray player was still running and couldn't get
    it to switch to the game I put in. I tried turning offor and restarting. I tried unplugging. Also won't eject the disc and makes a weird sound that is different when you successfully eject. This is not the first time.

    Disc not ejecting

    Using the paper clip is the typical method for ejecting a disc from the drive manually. It can sometimes be harder than you expect but it should work.

    However, if it continues to be an issue you should get the console repaired.

    But you should try with a big ONE clip, if you're using a little one, it won't work

    My disc tray won't open; have tried many things...

    Seems like to me the disc tray is stuck or the button has malfunctioned. There is a way to eject the tray in case you get a disc stuck in the system. Here is the links below on how to do it.
