“Disc not cleaned”

Discus and support “Disc not cleaned” in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Last night i tried to play gta, it said “your disk may be dirty or damaged” but i cleaned it 3 times, so i deleted gta 5 to see if that will help but...     Last night i tried to play gta, it said “your disk may be dirty or damaged” but i cleaned it 3 times, so i deleted gta 5 to see if that will help but it didnt. I searched online but it was no help.

    my xbox says "insert disc no disc in drive."

    I have cleaned my two games . I have knew games, i have cleaned my movies dvd's and i have knew movies. I have cleaned my cache and i do not have usb memory and no hard drive. Can you help me get back to using my xbox and kenect. i cannot go any futher than
    when i insert the disc what every it may be, game, movie, or music it will say the same " insert disc" no disc in drive. what should I do now?

    Hello!!!

    Follow the steps of the following link to make sure you do a correct cleaning: Solución de errores de disco en Xbox One

    if you have a relative or close friend you could try the disk in another xbox to be able to discard that it is a problem of the disk reader.

    Minecraft disc not being read.

    If other disc based games work in your system, I suggest cleaning the disc using a HDTV cleaning kit.

    Just a single spritz of the cleaning solution on the cloth. NEVER directly on the disc. (both of which comes with the HDTV cleaning kit) and very lightly wipe the disc clean and try the game again.

    This is what I do to clean discs and have yet to buy a used game that it failed to clean to near perfection. Works with all discs including blu rays.

    Ensure the disc tray is clean of dust. And the disc is clean. If that doesn't work, return the disc.

    Hi there! Is there any scratches or scuffs on the disc? Check that. If there is, clean the disc with a soft cloth and see if that helps. Another thing you can try is to clean the laser as well with a laser cleaning disc.
