    Disc keeps stopping its download at 75%


    So I've recently bought a disc of dark souls 3 and when I put it in my xbox one s it downloads until 75% but then just stops, no matter how many times Ives pressed resume installation it's stops again. I've tried the troubleshoot options (offline and restart) so I'm not sure what to do?

    (Edit I figured out how to fix it, I just needed to start the game up and it started working. Not sure if it will complete its going slow so I'll update tomorrow when it's hopefully finished)

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    If ever that didn't work you can also try installing the game digitally by following the steps below:

    "1. Cancel the installation and remove the disc.

    2. Perform a powercycle on your console.

    ​​​A. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    B. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    3. Launch Xbox app on your phone and search for the game.

    4. Click the game and choose "Download to Console"

    5. Wait for the game to install completely before inserting the disc to play it."

    im trying to download ryse son of rome and I get to 75% and it stops downloading. I am using a disc to install it.my download speed is 0.05 and the upload speed is 0.12 Im new to console gaming and I live out in the country so this is the only internet I

    My download stopped at 75% and it won't start again. Once more I keep getting the "can't download" error message after a few seconds I try downloading it again.

    Im having the same problem with borderlands 2.. it keeps saying 'can't download'.. it stays at 1%, 4% and one time earlier today it got to 75% and then stopped and said it cant download.. This problem is so annoying..
