Disc jammed

I put in Star Wars battlefront and once I played it for a while I tried taking it out but it didn't. I tried doing the manual eject method but that didn't work either. I'm returning it to Costco but it's still in there! And I don't want to buy it again.
Any way I could get the disc out? P.S, when I return my Xbox and get a new one, will I still have all my memory and data for my games? Thanks!

I did. It did not work but I pushed the open button several times like 10 or 15 and it opened alone.

I really don't get it but it's working.

Well, glad to hear you are back in business, JyCeyz! Electronics can be funny creatures sometimes! If it gets stuck again, and you've tried the steps in the guide above, then I'm afraid the next step would be a repair. If that dark day ever comes, then you

As for the disc, there's not really anything else you can try. I saw you posted on another thread that it was Rainbow 6 that was stuck. Are there 2 discs in your drive? If it's only one, you can try turning off the console and unplugging it for 2 minutes
and then try ejecting it again, but anything else other than the manual eject can do more damage. If there are 2 discs stuck in the drive, I wouldn't try anything else.

When it comes to your saved data, as long as you were connected to Live the last time you played, everything should be stored in the cloud and will sync with your new console
