    i too have had issues. I leave a disc game in my xbox, come back to play later, power it on, and click on game tile on screen. It then says i dont own it, do u want to go to store....... So i eject disc, re-insert it, and runs like its supposed to. Seems
    worse if i have quick start up on. These things arent cheap and i hope its just firmware. Seems to have started after last update.

    I recently found a fog machine and while I thought I had covered up my Xbox 360 system - it is now not reading disc's the download content is playing like it's supposed to - but it's not accepting or reading the disc and I did try a few different ones

    Disc Issues

    If your disc is not working after just purchasing it, you should return it and get a new copy.

    You may also try installing the disc. Note that if it does not install correctly, the disc is likely damaged.

    Plus....is anyone else having issues with the online Mic?

    I can barely hear anyone online. Sometimes the Mic dont even work. WTF!!!!

    Sounds like the fog may have damaged the laser that reads the discs. If it's not reading then you're stuck with either sending it in for repair or purchasing a new one.
