Disc issue

Discus and support Disc issue in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My xbox isnt reading halo wars 2 it keeps making a noise like it's reading then stops and one screen it doesn't pop up installation started or anything...     Disc issue


    My xbox isnt reading halo wars 2 it keeps making a noise like it's reading then stops and one screen it doesn't pop up installation started or anything I've tried blowing into the console (kinda like old consoles ) and I've cleaned the disc and nothing helped
    if I could get help that would be great

    Disc issue

    Hi there,

    I'm afraid that as far as I know the 1st 360 generation console not longer can be serviced, which means that it can't be repaired by Microsoft, there was extended warranty at launch, but that has passed several years ago.

    I assume the only option you have is to get a different console, if the supplied trouble shooting steps by Xbox Support do not help.

    Disc issue

    My xbox one is not reading my disc.No error messages.Nothing pops up.Called microsoft to run through some troubleshooting.Nothing.I have the 1st generation console.Had it for some time.Read up on this issue and it seems there was design flaw with this series
    of council What can you do to help me?

    Disc Issues

    If your disc is not working after just purchasing it, you should return it and get a new copy.

    You may also try installing the disc. Note that if it does not install correctly, the disc is likely damaged.

    I can barely hear anyone online. Sometimes the Mic dont even work. WTF!!!!

    Sounds like the fog may have damaged the laser that reads the discs. If it's not reading then you're stuck with either sending it in for repair or purchasing a new one.
