Disc is unreadable

Discus and support Disc is unreadable in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have bought the game and downloaded it about 3 weeks ago and as soon as I try to play the game or in the middle of the game a message will pop up...     Disc is unreadable


    I have bought the game and downloaded it about 3 weeks ago and as soon as I try to play the game or in the middle of the game a message will pop up saying that I need to clean the disc even though I have downloaded it. Of course it won't let me play any
    further. Also I have reach contact support to try and fix the issue, and they have already done everything that was in their reach but no results, the message keeps persisting. I wanted to know if I can get a refund or at least be able to choose other game
    to play with. This issue is only with this particular game.

    wierd dirt like stuff on back of my game!

    Is it causing only this disc to become unreadable? Or are all of your discs unreadable because of this situation?

    Unreadable. ALL discs are unreadable and dont even register as a game or DVD disc. I cant play anything in my xbox from disc. IMEDIATELY after the update.
