Disc is stuck

    Disc is stuck


    We have a disc stuck in our Xbox. I've tried the paper clip method and it is not releasing the disc. Any suggestions? Or, can you recommend where we can fix this?

    Disc is stuck

    Try to power cycle the console, then on startup again press eject several times during startup to see if you get lucky.

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test
    the results.

    If that doesn't work and you can get the manual process to work then you will need to contact support directly and get the console repaired. Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Handy tip for all 360 owners, all models of console

    Every stuck disc tray from every Xbox was fixed after I walked in the room lol

    To prevent the stuck disc tray, leave a disc in it.

    I won´t happen with a disc inside.

    you need to follow the directions on
    how to manually eject a disc    . if you are still having issues then please reach out to the Xbox support team.
