Disc installation won't complete

Discus and support Disc installation won't complete in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have bought a new game for my Xbox one and it will not download, it gets to 2gb then stops I have tried everything, installing offline resetting...     Disc installation won't complete


    I have bought a new game for my Xbox one and it will not download, it gets to 2gb then stops I have tried everything, installing offline resetting Xbox, clearing cache, rebooting absolutely everything but nothing works, someone please help

    ERROR IN DOWNLOADING

    the notification appear on xbox is , To complete the installation,insert the disc again...we need the disc to finish.(0x80070015),

    if I insert the disc again and then resume installation...after i finish the installation it will be work with out disc and the disc will be work in any anther xbox

    It's probably waiting for the other disc to complete the installation. Eject disc 1 and insert disc 2 and it should complete installation.

    My brand new Xbox series X wont download any discs

    When doing disc install and there is an update you get a question to do that simultaneously.

    - choose Later on that, so only disc install completes first

    This way disc install will complete undisturbed.

    Later there will be an update to activate from network later.

    Never had issues with disc install doing it this way.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    As I have checked, the Destiny 1 that was on Xbox 360 is not a backward-compatible game. There is a version for Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S which is why you're getting the error.

    Are you installing off of a disc or completely off of Xbox Live. If you are installing completely off of Xbox Live then you may have the 20 gig update and the game install working against each other slowing it down. If you are doing it off of a disc, then
    disconnect your Xbox One from the internet and install the game completely off of the disc and then reconnect and install updates.

    If it is not installing correctly from your disc, the disc is definitely broken. remove the current install and try reinstall with the same disc.

    If it can't finish the instal, the disc is damaged and won't work.

    Instaling doesn't include all files and it still relies on the game disc to some degree.
