Disc Error (0x80820002)

Discus and support Disc Error (0x80820002) in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I know this was in a forum/thread back in 2014, but this issue only recently started popping up for me.     I know this was in a forum/thread back in 2014, but this issue only recently started popping up for me. My Xbox one is having all the same symptoms (not being able to read games, blu rays, etc). It's given the error in the past, but after 2 or 3 tries it
    worked. This time nothing has worked in almost 2 days. I'm looking for some help regarding this because obviously it's a known issue, but when I requested a service order they said it'd be $135. I bought this in the first month it came out for $400, the warranty
    is expired obviously, but there's no way I'm paying $135 for a known issue. I went through the red ring of death on the 360, and I remember they offered a free repair. I don't get why this isn't treated the same. Right now I have a $400 Chromecast, and it's
    frustrating since I've had Microsoft xboxes since the original way back when. I just ordered one for my brother during Black Friday, and I might just trade both of them for Playstations. Does anyone know if there's a recall or press release, because this is
    absurd. I understand I'm outside of the express warranty window, but this has to be a violation of the implied warranty, especially if it's an issue that has precedence. A $400 video game console that can't play it's own games does not "meet certain
    minimum standards of quality whereby the product is fit for use for the purpose intended."

    Disc Reading.

    With those two discs it says to either install disc or the game is not compatible with the xbox. One error code is 0x80820002. Avengers is installed already.
