i am part of the xbox one dasboard beta team and my xbox wont read new games

Wont update because of defective disc drive

Wont update because of defective disc drive...why does this update errors, because of a bad disc reader? Please allow me to install my update on a defective disc reader...

Are they even aware of the issue iv not been able to find anything from them themselfs saying that its due to the update from the beta program.Just want some proof that they are aware of it and are going to be fixing it

The team working on the updates are only checking posts there.

You should flesh out your post too with some more information - for instance, when you first noticed this happening, whether it happens with all games and whether you have attempted any remedies for this.

Before you post there, I would also suggest you power cycle your console as this has a tendency to fix these issues:
