    recently i bought a new bluray disc drive for my xbox one S to replace my old disc drive. The concern is that it gives me an E100 error during startup, I update offline but
still E100 error startup. The update stuck at 58%.

    There are several options that would work

    Option A- Call xbox support and put in a repair order. While this option is more costly, it is THE ONLY option where you can repair the xbox and not violate any terms of service. The Number is 1-800-4MY-XBOX

    Option B-[Mod Removed]

    Option C- is a great idea however. Switch to using digital downloads for all of the games. No need for a disc drive, or worry about scratched, broken, lost disc. If something were to happen you can always redownload the game.
