    It's hard to have patience with these people because it's a total crap storm. I got misinformed by numerous call centre people, FedEx, etc. It's a total joke and I think I might just buy purchase plans in the future to replace Xbox Ones in a store or whatever.
    Why can't companies strive to be like Apple with Customer Service?

  2. Sounds better to buy a new xbox one while you ship your's off, then return the new one when you get yours back...

    I'm have the same problem they said they sent out my Xbox one on 11/5 and I still haven't recived it. FedEx says they don't have it an the tracking number Xbox have me doesn't work. I spoke with an Xbox specialist and he said of there is movement on the
    package by the 18th there gunna manually check and escalate it. It's been 8 buissness days and I still haven't got it

  5. Add me to the list. Given a tracking number on the 7th fed ex still states that it does not exist. Contacted support who stated we know it shipped but can't give you any information on when to expect it. Call back on the 22nd if you still have not received
    it. Wtf. You call this customer service after I spent 550 on this day one piece of crap. By the way I reported the disc issue a month after I bought it their reply then was to unplug it and plug it back in some fix. Seriously thinking about switching to Sony
    but hate their controllers

    I've been in the same situation as everyone else here sounds like, except it was my 360 that just died. I received an email 11/4 saying it had shipped. The 15th was supposed to be the last day for me to expect the xbox, but I still couldn't track it. Yesterday
    I called, and had the issue escalated.

    13 days after receiving notice that it has "shipped" I can now finally start to track it. Of course, it hasn't traveled far at all, but at least I know it has left their hands! I have not been impressed at all with the whole process.

    I was thinking about buying a Xbox One before I had all this trouble. I see that these new Xbox Ones that people own still have issues like the 360s and need to be repaired. This whole process is making me rethink whether I should buy one or not.

  7. Finally my package is with FedEx and is on my way after two weeks just got an email from them and now I can track it and now I can play Gta on next gen soon

    I Was Pretty *** To Find Out That Xbox One Is having Failures After The 360 Fiasco. I've Never Had A Problem With Any Other Console Or Computer. Now It Sounds Like They Have Repaired My Console And They Are Just Sitting On It? So If I Call And Complain They
    Will Ship It Out Right Away? Next Time Around I Might Have To Go Back To Playstation.

  9. I received my shipping confirmation email on 11/7 and as of right now (11/19) the FedEx tracking number still says not found.

  10. same here crazy they need to get there *** together, I shipped my xbox one out 11-10-14 got an email the 19th saying it had be shipped out still not able to track it a week later.

  11. Just replying again to say...that email doesn't mean it was shipping. It only means that the shipping label was printed. When it ships you will be able to use the tracking #

    They will ship once there are "X" amount of units to fill a FedEx truck.

  12. Sent my X1 to repair 11/5 it is now 12/1 had this tracking number for two weeks & of course customer service useless ....... at this point i want my money back or give me some type of refund asap.

    Funny, I'm having the same issue with shipping and the tracking number. Bottom line is, Microsoft simply doesn't care enough to do right by the customer. I have had mine in twice now for the same repair and the comment I received with support was "Be patient,
    all new electronics have bugs, it's to be expected." I paid $500 for this console, $100 more than the PS4. I didn't pay this money for a console to expect issues! My kids tell me at least once a week that they wished they would have got the PlayStation instead.
    So disappointed. Guess what console we will be buying next time!
