    disc drive not working only 6 months old lost receipt been told no warranty can anyone help?


    have tried hard reset factory reset disc cleaner gutted as its my second xbox in 2 years and had the same issue with the old one please help

    xbox one elite controller 3.5mm jack

    have a 6 month old elite controller that that the mic portion of the jack doesn't work. Microsoft says they do not repair out of warranty items. pretty bad a $149 CONTROLLER only has a 3 month warranty and it breaks in 4 months, Anyone know where i could
    get it repaired.

  3. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    My xbox one console is only 6 months old and is broken. Microsoft will NOT honor the warranty and told me the console had been tampered with. I know for a fact that the console has never been touched besides just playing games. Very disappointed and I
    wont spend another dollar on anything they have to offer.

    Do you have registered your console in your Microsoft Account? She appears in your devices in https://account.microsoft.com ?

    If yes you can request a repair without a receipt, because the receipt is only for the seller warranty.

    Series X - subtle grind/scratch noise from disc drive

    What started as a subtle noise on my first 6 month old Series X turned into a complete failure of the disc drive and the console was replaced under warranty.

    Don't leave it to late to get it repaired or replaced under warranty.

    I emailed Bethesda support. Here is what they told me:

    Purple textures denote missing textures, and the fact that your console won't install the disc means that data is missing and your disc is damaged. Despite looking perfect, discs can be damaged by means outside of scratching. We recommend a replacement of
    the disc.

    If you need a replacement or exchange, try exchanging the product at the place of purchase first. If that is not possible, follow the instructions below.

    There is no fee for replacement of a missing CD-ROM, Manual, or Map within the 90-day warranty period for the original purchaser only (does not apply to used copies). Replacement of a lost item or an item after 90 days as listed below:

    Xbox 360 disc - $20.00

    I had only had my game a couple months. Luckily I found my receipt. I exchanged the game and now it works perfectly!

    Note: to exchange the game outside of the 90 days or you don't have he receipt you'll have to contact Bethesda.
