Disc Drive NO WAY!?!?

Im about ready to just give up on this. Keep the crappy console scratching my discs and jump ship if it gets to the point where it damages me stuff..

The guys of Twitter arent saying it but I think they feel I am lying to them. This is the second time they ignored me flat out. Since Twitter doesnt allow you to be very specific you have to post really short amounts of text. So after getting ignored the
first time I brought up back up and asked if it could be grease....even though if they actually know about the consoles they SHOULD Have already been able to figure that out. But the little comment I did get from them was....basically that "grease marks coming
from the console doesnt sound possible". They then asked for a pic....I sent them your pic which I hope was okay as I struggle to take a good enough pic of mine. Full day later no response at all.

I dont even want to talk about my last support phone call. The guy was unapologetic...basically told me I had no options....and that there is ZERO measures in place to plan for the company actually shipping a faulty replacement like they did. Their policy
basically accounts for this to NEVER HAPPEN. SO my only choice is to mail my original one back....keep this one that has god knows whats wrong with it. Then start the entire process over again a second time with no special consideration as to the fact I was
sent ANOTHER faulty console. It will simply be looked at as a new case.

Im exhausted from this and honestly surprised that after hearing so many bad things....I actually ended up being one of the people with a bad experience with support too...

 

I don't mind about the Picture , so yeah it's ok for you to use it ^^.

I think im going with a PS4 next Year but right now i've had enough from sending broken Consoles back and forth.

So for now i'm gonna stick with my PS3, 360, Wii U.

This Console Generation kinda sucks issues everywhere be it Sony or MS .

 

This is like a nightmare that won't end.

Microsoft seriously has the worst customer support system in the history of major companies. You get ignored on the forums....you get ignored on Twitter nearly accused of lying. You get unapologetic guys on the phone who talk to you like they are a robot.
Not even that...their system is AWFUL.

So the 14 days to return thing....using common sense I imagined that they would have some kind of setup with FedEx to be able to tell if the package is actually being shipped to them. Not that you ACTUALLY need to have it TO THEM within 14 days. Apparently
that seems to not be the case....which just goes to show much WORSE the customer support actually is...every time I deal with something involving this situation its unpleasant and full of complictions ON THEIR END that they do nothing about. So you have to
get it TO THEM by 14 days? How in the world is that supposed to be our problem when we cant control how fast Fedex moves? Do they really expect us to not THOROUGHLY test the replacement beforehand? Well apparently not.....because not only is there not even
an option to send a faulty replacement back....but they literally expect you to put it in the mail IMMEDIATLY seeing as how they actually want the system THERE within 14 days and not just in the mail. What do I mean by all this?

Sent my One back in the mail 1 week after getting it. This was after not being able to get any support what so ever on the fact the console they have sent me may actually be worse than the one I had and I just want to see if I can swap THAT ONE instead of
simply restarting the entire process over again with no one on their end actually taking note that this even happened. Nope thats impossible. According to my tracking number MY XBOX ONE ARRIVED AT YOUR FACILITY YESTERDAY. So today what happens? I get an email
saying they havent gotten it yet and they will begin to start charging my card. ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW!???!?!!??! If I get a charge on this card.....I will never purchase another Xbox system again and will saying nothing but bad things about MS from this
point on....Like you guys care right?

Also, ironically I recieved an email that looks official....yet seeing as how poor support has been I gotta actually be suspicious that its a phising scam or something. Are you supposed to receive an email from a specialist? Curt in particular....asking
if your satisfied with the replacement? It seems legit....but after how I pretty much jumped through hoops to try and get someone on that end to talk to me about this and failed....it almost seems suspicious someone on that end just HAPPENS to be approaching
me now.

 

and now that I think of it....it hasnt even BEEN 14 days! Today marks the 13th day....they received it yesterday thats 12 days. But I get an email saying they are gonna charge me cause I didnt send it?
