Disc Drive malfunctioning

Problem: I come home today, put in cod: ghosts and it freezes on the big painted face. Ah ha I say, must be the game. FIFA 14. Freezes on the stadium screen. Hmmmm In goes BBC earth, and I get a dial up connection speed with robotic voices and pixels that
are about 3/8 in size. It's clear that my dis drive is not getting enough information, and it's just not playing anything. Besides Netflix. Because netflix...... Isn't a disc. Now, What do I do? Two games won't even register, 1 DVD blue ray looks like it's
skipping, and talking in alien code. What's wrong with my system? What solutions do you have for me? I read somewhere you would send me another one right away and I don't even have to wait for my brand new paper weight to be recieved before I get the new one.
Also- my headset sounds like there is a screw loose, and my co gamers are complaining about a buzzing noise from my head set. Thanks so much. I would like to be playing puck when it hits next month. Oh and the consol was purchased two months ago.

Disc drives malfunctioning in Xbox One units

My disc drive hasn't malfunctioned. but my dashboard has

 

when the disc goes in, it makes like an overheating sound and it doesnt read

What's an "overheating sound"? Is the disc drive making grinding noises or something?
