    Disc drive issues- no restitution.


    So I'm on my third One since launch. My first One failed in three days as the console would not sync with any controllers. My second One failed in six days for the exact same reason. I received my third One on December 3rd. Two days ago it began having
    issues with reading discs. While it's reading DVDs fine, it's only reading Blu-Rays half the time. I went to chat to inquire about the offer that game customers a free game when the console had a defective disc drive, but she referred me her and to let an
    Enforcement member handle it.
