    Disc Drive Issue - Game Stuck


    I have an Xbox One that I purchased in December of 2013, and it has worked perfectly fine until today. Disc (FIFA 15) seems to be grinding inside the Xbox One, and I cannot open the disc tray manually (Manually eject with a paperclip). I am worried that
    it is broken but I did nothing wrong. Anyone have a fix or suggestion?

    Blu Ray Movie Stuck on Loading Screen

    Upon putting a Blu-ray Disc into the machine and loading the app, the console doesn't load the content. It's currently stuck on the loading screen with the disc drive searching the disc. Anyone else have this issue?

    To follow-up onyx's information, here is a
    visual guide     to assist. Some users have found having a flashlight handy helps identify where the pinhole is that you need to insert the paperclip into. Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you,

    I too have this issue...sucks we are stuck with this issue as early adopters. But in the meantime, I found 2 workarounds that make my console read the disc:

    1) Lift the console slightly as the disc is going in.

    OR

    2) As the drive is pulling the disc in, hold on to the disc for an extra second. It seems to make the drive actually acknowledge that there is a disc and then read it.

    Thank you for the information however it does not anwser my question very well. What I wanted to know was the cause for the xbox 360 disc drive getting stuck when opened upright but not sideways and a explanation for why a disc prevents the disc drive form getting stuck.
