    I bought an xbox one about 3 weeks ago I played Destiny for about two weeks then I went on vacation and bought madden 15 when I got back about a week later I tried to eject destiny and it just wouldn't do anything then it started telling me that destiny
    wasn't in the console so I used to paperclip method to manually eject it. Now when I try to put a disc in it just doesn't do anything. I've seen that alot of people get the grinding sound but mine doesn't do anything at all it's like it doesn't have any power
    also when I turn the console off it just flashes for like 30 seconds before actually turning off. Anybody had this problem or know what I can do to fix it?

    Takes a long time to read discs...

    The cheap and easy start is to use a DVD cleaner disc to try to clean the disc drive lense. Other than that It could be a damaged or mis-aligned laser in the drive that is VERY tricky to fix. If the cleaner disc won't work just swap out the drive.

    Sorry to hear it. Can you try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps?

    If it does not then you may need to set up a repair of the console.

    Have you tried installing the games to your HDD? If you can and It still freezes it may be a software error. Does the problem only persist with Skyrim? Have you tried other disc? For disc read errors try this:
