Disc cannot install

Discus and support Disc cannot install in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I downloaded a trial version of a game, found the game good and after the test phase I bought it today.     Unable to Install 360 Discs on X1

    Anyone else having trouble installing 360 games on X1 with a disc? I tried installing Fallout 3 and it said "This game cannot be played here". The disc is scratched pretty good so I tried Fable II but no luck with that either. Im thinking its a problem on MS end.

    My Halo 4 Disc is Scratched

    You would need a HDD to install the game to. You'd also be installing corrupt files because it would need to read files from the disc to install. If it can't read the disc then it obviously cannot install the files.

    Glad to hear you like the game, but sorry to hear you are having problems installing it from disc. We need to figure out if this is an issue with the disc or something else. So, may I recommend following the steps outlined in "How
    to troubleshoot problems playing a disc on your Xbox One    ". Let us know if you continue to have a problem with that game disc.

    Minecraft Does not work on my xbox30 but It does in another one

    Minecraft cannot be installed from disc (it's an arcade game, and they cannot be installed from disc). Give the disc a clean with a soft lint free cloth and try seeing if you can play the game on the console. Hopefully that will help.

    No, you cannot "Download" a Game from Disc. You can Install a Game Disc. Installing a Game does not negate having to use the Disc though.
