Disbelief in qualification of some Answer Tech people

Hello,

this is sadly not the only type of misleading information I got from the Answer Tech chat, but now I was forced to ask if it's just me or really them.





"360 games can only be gotten on the PC and not directly on the Xbox one console." - really?

I really don't want to blame that person, but I don't think that's a good thing, if official Xbox support people spread wrong information. =(

How do you think about this?

Well thank you, I think people get kick out of magically theories on technology. You should have a show not Tech TV, Voodoo Tech TV host by HaloJolly. I would watch it.

Killer instinct rank resets every time i restart the game

I have some rank issues ... 2 times already passed the qualification, once identified in bronze, second in silver, even played a couple of matches, but the next time i enter ranked matches the qualification resets and asks me to go through it again .. ((

 

I've downloaded a few 360 games right from my One and they were games I didn't own before. Two games that come to mind that I did this with was The Cave and Saints Row IV.

 

OP, this looks suspiciously like a "phishing" attempt to discredit Microsoft. We're to believe that "Duane A" is a MS Answer Tech purely on the basis that his name and silhouette appear in your cropped conversation without any veryifying URL? For all we
know, "Duane A" could be your next door neighbor and you guys are trying to pull a fast one on the community! #busted

 

Yeah, of course it does work. You can even buy 360 right on the Xbox One store. There's a whole category for backward compatible games for it.
That's why I was so shocked by his oder her statement.

I can easily believe that.

Phone/chat support quite often give out the wrong information,a quick look through the support forums will show that.

I've also had personal experience of them telling me something that was completely wrong.

It's been going on for ages,they aren't trained properly.

Not all of them are like this but there are a lot.

 

You've obviously never dealt with Xbox support. Some are perfectly fine and knowledgeable, but plenty of them don't even know what an Xbox looks like.

You're also misusing the word "phishing".

 

Sounds like they have the same qualifications as ambassadors. Basically anyone can be one. Maybe the OP can tell us how wonderful all the ambassadors are in help chats (since their an ambassador)? lol
