Disappointment with the purchase

in May this year to acquire the
Xbox 360 for my son. since then
I started to face some prolemas such as:

1) online games are only
obtained through credit card

2) the product does not come with
the hard disk and have to purchase separately

3) the device does not come with
the HDMI cable in order to play
only with the monitor (no TV)

we enjoy the Xbox Live Gold
plan for three months by the code
that we have acquired for free, but after that, we were
completely helpless, and
we started to play only one game (minecraft)
I bought in a book store ... then
got the game Need For speed,
but to my surprise the game needs to
1,6GB hard drive (do not know why I can
not use my disposal 4GB of memory
than exists on the machine) ..
now I have to spend about R $
300.00 for acquire the hard disk.
Many disorders, I am about to give up
the brand.

I do not know if other countries
also occurs this, but I'm having a lot of
inconvenience, I am about to give up
the brand.

Sorry for your disappointment. Unfortunately, since the warranty is out on your accessories the only thing that you can do is purchase new ones. We all have to live with the 90 day warranty on accessories. Happy Gaming!

 

Little disappointments with the One

Whenever I try and send a message from my iphone on smartglass... it makes a screen come up on my xbox one where I have to sign in.... so I've stopped doing it as I found this to be very annoying

 

Mum you would need a harddisk regardless of console

4gigs isn't that much as advertised it's really not meant for buying online games

You can use USB drives but not for certainly games that's require a hd

 

Harddrves are always standard issue regardless of consoles except for wiii
