It depends on which games and somethings are hard to prove and some are opinionated sometimes. Some believe camping is cheating some dont etc. Cheating is a slippery slope based on the game. If someone is using their machine in a modded type of way for
advantage can be argued also. Who determines what is cheating or not. We as a community need to work together and that is all you can do with a worldwide open system to enforce. Xbox can't enforce things on its own it needs the help of the community. it's
a system and its not perfect but its the best we have.
