    Disappointment on Christmas


    I'm getting ready to send my son's Xbox One in for the 3ed or 4th time within about 6 months. For the same reason again. It was disappointing having to tell my son he could not play his new games on Christmas because his system wouldn't read the disk. That
    it was going to have to be sent in again to be fixed. He's getting upset about all this and is worried he might have to go to a different kind of system.

    He means his Christmas is joy is massively deflated because he's faced with a major disappointment.
