    Disappointing, Xbox One system crash 3 times in about 4 months


    I had to tell my son on Christmas that he couldn't play his new games for his Xbox One. His system had crashed for the 3ed time within about 4 months. I keep sending it in, but it ends up doing the same thing all over again. He's threating to go to a different
    system now if it happens again...

    Factory Reset Every 3-4 Days

    Every 3-4 days my Xbox One seems to crash. I boot to the green screen and then just black. I've tried updating usiing the offline diagnostic tool and that never works either. I have to boot to factory reset and then my Xbox One is fine for about 3-4 days
    and then I have to repeat the process. I've been a Xbox owner from day 1, through xbox to 360 and now to one. This is rediciulous that I can't get this system to work. What are my options without sending in my console for 3-4 weeks to be "repaired"

    I’m having the same problem, I went on the game today for about 3 hours then got onto the chaos theory 4 and about 5 minutes in it crashed and switched off my Xbox so I tried it 3 more times and each time it switched it off?

    would not call it disappointment, but i am definetly not excited at all about the xbox one! maybe the system grows with some time, but it definetly did a bad start

    Are you kidding me Microsoft?

    I am currently getting my Xbox One repaired and the 12-18 days it takes to fix it is way too long. I bought the xbox, played it for about 3 minutes and it crashes. Only crashes when I play a game (Specifically titanfall because it was the titanfall bundle).
    SO for playing the console for a whole 3 minutes and spending more time with support than the actually console, I am disappointed that I have to wait 12-18 business days for my Xbox to be even shipped back to me. Even in Canada, where I am told they don't
    repair it; they just send a brand new one.

    yes this is the only game it is happenening to as this is the only one i have. i was having issues witth the game a fewweeks a go with it crashing but that got fixed so yes i have uninstalled and reinstalled it 4 times. i bought the game onb the microsoft stores about 4-5 months ago
