    Disappointing move with OneGuide!


    Having paid for the USB turner, the high quality outdoor antenna and putting all the effort I did into getting that antenna placed on my roof for this feature, it's frustrating and disappointing to see Microsoft just discontinue support for it in the infuriating way they always seem to do!

    Why not just leave the support in place for things you start, rather than being 'known for providing features we can't come to trust and rely on always being there and being usable'!?!

    OneGuide channels are wrong after Time Warner Cable new lineup

    I restored my box to factory defaults and my OneGuide still shows old TWC line up for Goldsboro. Example, TV Japan moved to 1500 but OneGuide shows ESPN at 1500.

    Simple Question: How do I switch to the TV?

    If you have the sat TV device plugged into your Xbox One's HDMI input, you can begin setting up live TV by going to "My Games & Apps", move down to "Apps", and open "OneGuide".

    Follow the steps in OneGuide to set up your live TV.

    Comcast channels wrong

    Same problem here in Richmond, Va 23220. ESPNHD is now 850 after Comcast moved all HD channels to the 700s and 800s. It's still listed in OneGuide as 252.

    i'm sorry to hear your'e disappointed. Currently OneGuide is only supported in the US, but is coming to other regions in the future. hang in there!

    i am not sure I understand the Xbox Music and Video issues though. Have you created a new thread in that specific forum? If not could you clarify there?
