    Disappointed with xbox support.


    I think this guy is lying about his XBox One practically blowing up on the inside. He probably did something to cause it to malfunction, and I'm pretty sure Microsoft could care less about "losing your trust". I highly doubt it'll bum anyone at Microsoft

    Know how you feel going thru similar stuff with my repair. At least you don't have a charge on your credit card till they can find the console that was sent back. In their box with their label no less!

  3. I'm guessing I didn't get an advanced exchange because they do want to check the xbox out and make sure it was itself faulty and not a user caused issue. Someone at Microsoft cared enough to give me a direct line via phone and email for assistance so they
    actually do care but I'm still not happy how long this has taken.

    I was finally able send my xbox off to the repair facility yesterday. I also got a friendly email saying they saw it was en route. Disappointed with xbox support. :) So we'll see how long it takes from here. I hope everyone else gets their issues taken care of. Seems as though being
    persistent is the key and you will be taken care of. Hopefully xbox can optimize service repair / replacement times.
