Disappointed with xbox support.

just shipped my system back at 12:00 to day and I had to pay 14.99$ plus tax 15.89 to fed ex to pack the item. I called xbox waited on hold for 36 mins and told them what happened and they said that its a fed ex problem not a Microsoft problem the guy was
nice about it though. finger pointing from a multi billon dollar company? why not try to fix my concern?. I don't make stuff up man. I just want answers for this diabolical service system.

 

by the way I think kingvas78 works formicrosoft. (First time the Microsoft name didn't auto capitalize).

 

im disappointed i found out the Laredo "TX" facility I shipped my console in to RMA was in fact in freaking MEXICO...man we cant even hire Americans to repair consoles and probably do it alot better? This outsourcing bs has got to stop, its embarrassing
and insulting and does no justice to the Americans...if my console broke in america I expect to be able to ship it IN MY COUNTRY to get it fixed...same with austrailians and the brits....shipping out of country for repairs is just down right absurd for a
record profit making company...stop thinking about the $$ and start thinking about your own country! -end patriotic rant.

 

DUDE THATS PART OF THE REASON I SWITCHED TO XBOX. because it WAS (was) a MERICAN(American) company. I got tired of making the Japanese and Chinese rich. so I said buy the Microsoft product and ill feel more MERICAN. at least the Japanese wont be as rich.

the xbox one system is legit but the support is garbage when your system goes down you get upset. pay more money while your system is still under warranty? huh? what company does that?

 

they will fix it free of charge and sir that is my goal. to make the multi billion dollar company that Microsoft(again with the caps man, it thinks so highly of itself to cap itself don't you agree?) to pay under the warranty period free of charge. IF YOU

i am just a concerned consumer who cares about you and all that you might have to endure. i fight the company on your behalf. so you as gamer don't have to deal with the same distraught that i have the displeasure of having.

You may have legitimate complaints to some degree, but spreading your hatred of support here and in every other thread isn't going to help you or anyone else. It's only going to make you look worse.

If you have an issue, you need to go to the feedback forums or get in touch with an actual representative of support, which you're not going to find here. Nobody here can directly help you. They may be able to offer you advice, but that's it. So, please
stop trying to bring down the forums with all of your negativity - it's not going to work.

 

**Update I received a call today from a top tier xbox support agent about them finally sending a shipping box to send in my broken xbox. I voiced my concerns and complaints and even though they aren't able to do an advanced exchange for my case they are
trying to take care of my issues and keep me happy. #cheer
