    DISAPPOINTED WITH MY SUBSCRIPTION !


    So I have been a Xbox Live Gold Member for almost a decade now but recently received communication suspension which I completely understand but I cant even play any game! I think that's unfair hopefully someone can help me out if
    not ill be canceling my subscription because its useless at this point!

    How to get back funds for automatically renewal of GOLD subscription

    Is there a possibility to get back charges for the automatically extended GOLD subscription.

    I have not used my subscription for a few weeks and will not be able to use it in the coming months.

    I am very disappointed with the fact that with the purchase there was no visible information that the funds will be automatically collected. The subscription was bought by the console. I think that such information should be clearly visible.

    why are we not alowed to pay for due payments on a subscription with xbox wallet money

    i know that but im talking about subscription due payment and the inability to pay them off with xbox funds

    (sorry if i sound angry im just disappointed that Microsoft Didn't think of it)

    Games With Gold on a Shared Xbox One

    It does answer my question. It's disappointing though. It makes sense, but I would've liked to have been able to keep those games considering I had my own Gold Subscription. Oh well though.

    I'm sorry you are disappointed with paying for xbox gold subscription. I'm not a playstation user so I cannot speak intelligently on their service plans. We all would like not to pay for things that are not needed but my experience is free comes with lesser
    quality. I believe the year subscription at only $60 is paying for the quality we have playing online.

    MS can keep the money and I'll try a few downloadable games in the meantime.

    Very disappointed with the cloud gaming service.
