    Disappointed in the Xbox One X


    When the Xbox One X came out I had high hopes. I purchased the Scorpio addition from Amazon and it was great for about three weeks. Then mid game the screen went black and my tv no longer received any signal. I reset and hard reset. I swapped HDMI cables
    and tried different inputs on my tv. In the end I returned it. I could not longer get a Scorpio for the same price so settled for a standard edition. This one lasted about two months. Tonight I went to turn it on, mind after just buying an elite controller
    because I love it so much, and the black screen again. “No Signal”. Again I reset and hard reset, and swapped all cables. Nothing. Now after the first failure I cut into my entertainment center, which was already pretty open, but added two fans to ensure that
    heat was not an issue. I still don’t know what the problem is. Am I left with no other recourse but to return to Amazon and try for a third time?

    Same here. Really disappointed with the new Xbox One X.... thinking about returning it and getting my money back.

    disappointed by Microsoft support.

    I'm so disappointed by Microsoft support. I have buy a xbox one x for Christmas. The console is defective and mircrosoft refuses to replace it for the moment ....

    Same here. Still haven't figured out how to fix this issue. I've owned a PS4 for years and never seen this kind of issue. For $500.00 you would think the product quality would be better.

    Same here. Still haven't figured out how to fix this issue. I've owned a PS4 for years and never seen this kind of issue. For $500.00 you would think the product quality would be better.
