Disappointed in Microsofts Way to do Business (Skate 3 BC and Sale)

In November MS promoted the new BC games. E.g Halo Wars, Halo Reach, Bioshock games, some COD and Skate 3.

It stated that new BC games are coming in December and that the Games listed above are coming / are on the way. Very many people thought with that kind announcment these games would come in December. Sure Halo Reach did but not the others.

A few weeks after, End of November Skate 3 got a Deals With Gold and were sold for 9.99€. Another sign it should come very soon, along with the games on their way for december. So i jumped in and got it right away. thinking i could enjoy it very soon.

Well one month later its not BC and its sold for 6.99€. I feel cheated.

First MS shouldve made it clear what games are to expect for december and wich arent. it easly couldve said. " Were working on it" and it could have had a paragraph after the sentence with games coming in december.

this way i got tricked into buying it for "cheap" but could have easily gotten it cheaper.

Sure its only three Bucks ( food for two days by the way) but its about principles and how you do Business. Im really dissapointed the way it turned out and mostly because im still not able to play it on my xbox one and now word when. (Dont dare to release
it February as GWG free, then im sure im not the only one really upset..)

Microsoft should know how big a fan gamers are and how they get easily excited. With simple clear wording nothing wouldve happend. Only a few Peopel would be angry like i am right know.

The uservoice thread about skate 3 BC almost only shows posts of sad and angry gamers who normally love MS and XBOX.

Im not gonna press MS to give me a refund or something but i should. not having a 360 anymore i bought the game just on the premise it would come soon.

And nobody can tell me "on the way" doesnt mean soon. many tried even on the Major Nelson Blog. Sure there are some Peopele who didnt think that. but that doesnt change the fact the wording could easily be misinterpreted.

MS should be carefull how they announce and present their products, they shouldve learned, the way Xbox one started its lifecycle.

BTW I think the comment section on MajorNelson is very censored and hostile, every post with any profanity is blocked but people and whole groups get called dumb. i deleted my account on his blog and wont take part in any "community" there anymore.

Honestly, why hasn't this happened yet, Xbox?! We were PROMISED Skate 3 AGES ago, it still hasn't happened! So many people want a Skate game on BC, but I would also be happy if Tony Hawk Pro Skater HD were on BC AT LEAST until Skate 1-3 gets added! The current
gen skateboarding game was so awful, we need something much better before Project Scorpio.

Whilst it does suck, it was never actually a confirmed game for December release Its one of those 'buyer beware' situations, where you need to make sure 100% that the game is actually coming before you make the commitment to buy.

I see where you are coming from though, it wasn't very clear
