    Hello! I recently purchased 3 items on Xbox 360: Toy Story 3, Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy and Codemned Criminal Origin. All item and my money disappeared after purchasing as well! Never happened before anything like this! Help!

    Yea, most likely it's related to the Xbox service alert currently going on.

    Click on the link below:

    Xbox Live Status

    Give it a little time and I'm sure everything will be back to normal after the service alert is resolved.

    Yes it was a Xbox Live problem, all my games now available. Though I still can't download Shpinx and the Cursed Mummy around 99% it says "cant download" and in my storage-->games library appears as CORRUPTED! I tried to download 4 times. But at least I
    own it! :p

    First place to check would be on
    your Microsoft Account page.     Sign in there and then go to Payments & Billing > Order History and check that the transactions are completed and don't have any errors listed.

    If they aren't listed there, or there are issues listed with the order you need assistance with, please let us know, and we can help you with what the next best steps may be.

    First of all Thanx for your quick answer!

    No, There is no problem in my microsoft account at all. All listed as transactions completed!

    And I used my own account, did't do anything particular.

    p.s. Now I cannot even connect Live there is a problem code: 807B01F7

    OK it seems there's a problem with Xbox Live service, ALL my game which not downloaded are 'Purchaseable' in Games on Demand, not just the last three. I'll wait 'till tomorrow. Have fun guys :)
