Disappearing puzzles

Two days ago I downloaded (after paying from my points) the Jigsaw "Italy". Today it has completely disappeared, as have two older downloads.

Any ideas as to why, and more particularly, as to how I get them back?

Disappearing jigsaw puzzles

I've spent a total of 7 hours on chat with Microsoft support people and they still have no solution to my vanishing jigsaws. I want them to give me the money back I spent on purchasing 22 puzzles - so now they have gone very quiet!! Basically Microsoft
have stolen over £40 from me. I'm SO tempted to take them to small claims court …..!

Yep, I'm having the same problem. Sometimes, if you close the application, wait a few minutes and re-open you can click on the download collections and it will let you download one or, if your luck 2 collections before it hangs up on the next one. OF course
some days clickon the download collections gets you nothing but an informational message. Sigh. I reported it on support a coupe of weeks ago but no help. Good luck!

I have exactly the same problem: all my downloaded jigsaws have disappeared and so is my progress if I download them again. This has been going on since last month.

My last response was that the collection reappeared. I completed a puzzle in the collection last night, which unlocked a new puzzle within the collection. Tonight, I decided to begin a new puzzle in that same collection, but it has completely disappeared again!

Annoyed!

I buy puzzles and they disappear never to return unless I buy them again.
