Disappearing pins

For some reason, Killer Instinct Classic keeps disappearing at random from my pins. All the other pinned stuff is there, but that one game keeps disappearing. Sometimes when I go back to the dashboard again it's there, but then it'll just disappear again
at random, sometimes as I'm just looking at the dashboard.

Has anyone else had issues like this?

Yup, happens to me too. I can only imagine it is slow at reading stuff from the HDD/Online and doesn't load properly as VERY oddly you have no Pins available when offline which makes no sense to me.

There are a few threads about the same topic. The following actions solved the problem for me:

1. Clearing the persistent storage, by going to settings --> disk and blue ray --> persistent storage --> clear persistent storage --> repeat this 2 times

2. Press and hold the power button of console for 10 seconds for a total shut down --> unplug --> re-connect and power on.

 

Actually, it's not just Killer Instinct Classic that keeps disappearing. The YouTube pin just disappeared too. I have 13 items pinned - 10 games and 3 apps - and 1 pin keeps disappearing for some reason.

 

After a bit of experimenting, it seems this happens when you use the "move to front" option. If I don't use that, my pins are fine. If I try and use the "move to front" option to get them in a layout that I like, 1 or more of the pins will disappear temporarily
at some point.

Since I started this thread, I haven't used the "move to front" option and my pins have been fine.
