Disappearing Gamerscore

On Wednesday 21st January 2015 I had a Gamerscore of 182,995, and started playing The Walking Dead Season 2 on Xbox One, I finished this game a couple of days later, and got the full 1000gs, so my score went up to 183,995gs, however, the next day when I
went back online 270gs had disappeared, leaving me with 183,725gs, I was told by a friend that if I unlock an achievement on another game that this would fix the problem, and lo and behold it did, however, today (Saturday 24th January 2015) I played and finished
a game on the xbox 360 (monopoly deal) to take my score up to 184,995gs, however for some reason it has once again gone out of sync, this time by a greater amount then what had previously disappeared, I should be on a score of 185,025, as after completing
Monopoly Deal I started Walking Dogs Definitive Edition and have earnt 30gs on there, however my Gamerscore is now showing currently as 184,595gs, which is a deficit of 430gs, the worrying thing this time is that I have started another game to try and right
this issue it hasn't done so this time, does anyone on here know of a way to fix this, as it's starting to get bloody irritating!!!!

I have actually gone through my entire Gamerscore and added it up and it does all add up to 185,025gs so no actual Gamerscore has disappeared, the weird thing is that also on
www.xbox.com when I checked my Gamerscore at the start of the day it was right, then for some reason it drops on there too.......any tips on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated, I also track my Gamerscore
on websites like trueachievements so I know exactly how much I should have, I just can't work out why this keeps happening recently.

Disappearing gamerscore

Logged into my profile on my xbox one today and noticed that my gamerscore is only reading out at 2140. It was previously well over 120000. I went to view my achievements and saw that all of my xbox 360 games said that i had 0%, whereas before i had 100%
on most of them. My gamertag is . Thanks for any help you can give.

 

Since I posted this a couple more achievements have been unlocked but it actually has made my score go down even more!!! Please help if you can as this is driving me mad.

 

To add to the confusion, once I unlock and achievement on my xbox 360 the problem disappears and the correct Gamerscore shows up on my xbox 360, xbox one, and on www.xbox.com, my question is how do I stop this happening every time I play my xbox one???

 

Seems to be a common issue at the moment,i had a similar problem.

Due to the amount of posts/threads about it I would say the support team are aware of the issue & are working on a fix

 

It is also happening to me. I should have 59390, but it went down suddenly to 59200, then It went up to 59245 and down right now to 59235.

Hope that they solve it soon, because I won't play anymore until it's solved (I'm right now playing only to unlock achievements and GS and don't want to waste my time knowing that "maybe" I will loose all the GS)

 

It seems this problem started yesterday. Because my gamerscore has been going up and down since then and I should have 95,660 but I have 95,570 plus is anyone having problems with the activity feed because mine have not been updated since yesterday

 

I found that when I unlock an achievement on my xbox 360 it then corrects itself, but it's pretty stupid that this is the only way around this at the moment, glad that I am now the only one suffering though, I've just deleted my profile off of my xbox and
re-added it to my xbox one as that is the only thing the xbox support people told me to try, doubt it'll work but if it does I'll post on here.

 

The same is happening to me. Yesterday I lost 280, and today 475. There are also always problems with the leaderboard. I hope they solve it soon, because it's really annoying.

 

Yeah I noticed that too, a couple of days ago it was telling me I had 9000+ over the last 30 days (which was correct as I had put a lot of time in over xmas break) however since the problems have started it's saying I've barely gained anything Gamerscore
wise, It'd be nice to get an answer from someone at xbox to tell us why this is and how to fix it.

 

Same here. Should be over 166500GS.

 

My score today has actually stayed the same, and not gone up and down a load like usual, anyone know how long, if ever, it takes for someone from xbox to answer the queries?? Dakrkplayer2 how much should you have?? Your Gamercard shows as 166500....

 

It should be 166530. Because before went down It was at 166500GS.

 

Mine has also started doing it again today, was up to 185,185gs but now it has gone down back to 184,858gs, come on Microsoft Support and sort this *** out!!!
